Future Legends is an informal way to promote kids by getting them together at the golf course for friendly competition on a regular basis.
Competition is key in helping junior golfers to develop their games. There are a number or great junior leagues in Northern CA. These include US Kids Golf and the JGANC. However, these leagues can be expensive and require considerable travel. Future Legends will help kids local to Solano County and the city of Fairfield play in a tournament complete with prizes. Below are some details.
WHEN - Every Saturday starting at 6:30 am (last tee time is 7:30 am).
WHERE - Meet at Rancho Solano or Paradise Valley Golf Courses
SCHEDULE - Kids will be encouraged to play in an 'AM Back 9 hole tournament. (Think of it as a pickup basketball game at the park.). Prizes are sponsored by the Solano Golf Pro and Legends Bar and Grill. Tournament format will be different each week!
FREE JUNIOR GOLF INSTRUCTION - LESSONS - During the tournament, the Solano Golf Pro will be at the practice green and and driving range to assist anyone that wants help with their swing.
